Reasons to work with us
The association is registered in Finland under registration number 17780955 and operates under the Finnish Associations Act with written rules, an elected board and audited accounts. Members, employers and public authorities deal with a body that has a verifiable legal identity and a permanent registered office.
Our representatives are automotive and machinery professionals. When a member describes a fault-diagnosis dispute, a lifting hazard or an unrealistic service target, the person receiving that description has performed the same work and understands what it involves.
Members are encouraged to raise matters at the first sign of difficulty. Each case is recorded, assigned to a responsible representative, and followed until it is resolved, withdrawn or properly referred to counsel or an authority.
Our workshops are chosen for what members actually need in order to keep working and progressing: high-voltage safety, diagnostics, hydraulics, documentation and qualification routes. Completed training is recorded so members can evidence their competence.
Safety walkthroughs, joint training arrangements and preventive discussion of recurring problems serve employers as well as workers. Well-trained, fairly treated professionals are the foundation of reliable workshop and machinery operations.

Our impact
Impact in a trade association is rarely dramatic; it is cumulative. It is the lifting point corrected before a vehicle falls. It is the overtime supplement recovered because someone read the collective agreement carefully. It is the member who, after a workplace injury, knew which authority to contact and did not lose weeks to uncertainty. The association records its activity and reports it to the membership each year: courses delivered and attendance, advisory cases opened and closed, safety walkthroughs carried out and corrective measures agreed, events held, and representation undertaken with employers, institutions and authorities.
